Description
On the harbour site of the swb power plant in Bremen, it was planned to build a medium-calorific power plant (MKK) for the thermal utilisation of treated waste. The MKK is integrated in the existing machine house of the former hard-coal fired power plant. Construction was started in the summer of 2007, and the MKK was commissioned at the beginning of 2009. The acceptence test was performed beginning of 2010.
